"双碳"目标下退役动力电池梯次利用现状及综合分析

新能源汽车产业迅速发展,到 2025 年,中国将面临 80 万t动力电池退役.如果无法高效、大规模地利用退役动力电池,无疑会给地球造成巨大的资源浪费和严重的环境污染.电池梯次利用是实现资源节约和减碳降污的重要措施之一.在国家"双碳"目标背景下,积极推进电池梯次利用,对于实现节约资源和减碳降污具有重要意义.梳理了电池梯次利用的发展现状及相关政策标准,提出了梯次利用的技术—生态—经济分析的重要性,并针对退役动力电池梯次利用技术不成熟、标准和政策不健全、溯源体系不完善等问题提出对策和建议,为改善动力电池梯次利用现状,实现"双碳"目标提供了有效路径.
Cascade utilization of retired power batteries under the"Dual Carbon"goal:current status and comprehensive analysis
The electric vehicle industry is experiencing rapid growth,and China is expected to produce 800,000 tons of retired power batteries by 2025.If retired power batteries cannot be used efficiently and on a large scale,it will undoubtedly cause significant resource wastage and environmental pollution to the earth.The cascade utilization of retired power batteries is an essential approach to achieving resource conservation and carbon reduction,particularly in the context of China's"Dual Carbon"goals.This review highlighted the current development status and relevant policies of battery cascade utilization,underscored the importance of technical-ecological-economic analysis.And it also put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of immature technology,unsound standards and policies,and imperfect traceability system for the secondary utilization of retired power batteries,thereby providing effective pathways to improve power battery cascade utilization and achieve the"Dual Carbon"goals.
