Research progress of reuse of edible fungus residue
Bacterial residue is the edible fungus culture-medium abandoned after cultivation,and its resource utilization is an important task to be solved urgently in circular agriculture.In this paper,several methods of resource utilization of bacterial residue were reviewed,the problems existing in the implementation of these methods were analyzed,and suggestions for the development of resource utilization of bacterial residue were put forward.
