Study on preparation of Anhydrous Iron(Ⅱ)chloride from pickling waste liquid
Anhydrous Iron(Ⅱ)chloride product was successfully prepared from stainless steel pickling waste liquor through impurity removal, evaporation concentration, cooling crystallization and high temperature calcination. The optimal conditions for impurity removal are the 1.2eq addition amount of reduced iron powder and the 3.5 pH;The optimal crystallization temperature is 30℃;and the anhydrous Iron(Ⅱ)chloride product with purity≥99% can be obtained by calcining in the furnace at the 250℃ for 2 h under N2 atmosphere, with the 2% addition of oxalic acid, and realized the resource recycling and utilization of acid pickling wastewate.
