Case study on the design and construction of a large waste disposal site in Xi'an City
This paper introduced the design,construction and operation process of Xi'an solid waste comprehensive disposal site.Firstly,the background,target planning and processing scale of the project were introduced.Secondly,the basic situation of the project design was discussed in detail,such as the determination of the layout of each functional area of the landfill,the design of the dam body,the selection of the structure of the anti-seepage system,and the system design of groundwater and leachate drainage and leachate collection.Finally,the paper analyzed various risks that may be encountered in the construction process and put forward ideas and methods to avoid risks,as well as the pilot operation of the fly ash landfill reservoir area of the project department,and carried out detailed requirements for the fly ash landfill operation,in order to accumulate practical operation and management experience for the subsequent formal operation.
