The article mainly reviewed the overall trend of the increasing use of recycled materials and its regulatory requirements in some developed countries in recent years,the goals and measures of recycled product management,as well as the recycling and utilization of waste iron steel and non-ferrous metals.Suggestions were proposed to promote the use of recycled materials in China.
