摘要
以市政污泥为主要原料,采用低温热解手段,制备了磁芯污泥碳壳材料(M@SC).结果表明:M@SC由于独特的核@壳结构,外壳污泥碳对内核的磁粉起到一定的屏蔽和稳定作用,其耐酸性和耐碱性远高于传统的磁性碳球(FSC),有效比表面积大.磁化分析表明,M@SC的磁滞回归线近似为"S"型,比饱和磁化强度高20 emu/g,剩磁和矫顽力低,容易进行磁分离,具有良好的顺磁效应.M@SC对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合伪二级吸附动力学模型,经过3次热再生后,仍保持较高的磁性,且吸附效率依然超过98%.
Abstract
In this thesis,municipal sludge was used to develop a core@shell sludge carbon materials by low temperature pyrolysis(M@SC).Due to its unique core-shell structure,the shell sludge carbon has a certain shielding and stabilizing effect on the core of the magnetic particles.Its acid resistance and alkali resistance were much higher than traditional magnetic carbon spheres.Magnetization analysis showed the M@SC possessed low remanence,coercivity and good paramagnetic effects.The hysteresis regression line of M@SC is approximately"S"type,more 20 emu/g,showing that it could easy to magnetical separation.Its adsorption kinetics for MB followed a pseudo-second-order model.After three times of thermal regeneration,it still maintains high magnetism,and the adsorption efficiency is still more than 98%.
