Preparation and properties of composite material with magnetic core and sludge carbon shell
In this thesis, municipal sludge was used to develop a core@shell sludge carbon materials by low temperature pyrolysis(M@SC).Due to its unique core-shell structure, the shell sludge carbon has a certain shielding and stabilizing effect on the core of the magnetic particles. Its acid resistance and alkali resistance were much higher than traditional magnetic carbon spheres.Magnetization analysis showed the M@SC possessed low remanence, coercivity and good paramagnetic effects. The hysteresis regression line of M@SC is approximately"S"type, more 20 emu/g,showing that it could easy to magnetical separation. Its adsorption kinetics for MB followed a pseudo-second-order model. After three times of thermal regeneration,it still maintains high magnetism, and the adsorption efficiency is still more than 98%.
