Discussion on a technology for resource treatment of other garbage in rural areas
In view of the current problems of scattered production locations of rural solid waste,high collection and transportation costs,and high sensitivity of surrounding residents to incineration facilities construction,this paper introduced a new combined process technology for the treatment of other rural garbage,combined with the changes in the composition of other rural garbage after the implementation of solid waste classification in rural areas.The process design mainly adopts the process combination technology of"manual sorting+three-stage screening+magnetic sorting+wind sorting+AI intelligent+photoelectric".After a period of operation,the process runs more stable and reliable,and the treatment effect is better.To a certain extent,the resource treatment of other rural garbage can be realized,the transportation distance can be reduced,and the transportation cost can be saved.At the same time,it avoids the NIMBY effect caused by the construction of incineration facilities,and provides a new idea and direction for the resource treatment of other waste in rural areas.
