Spring temperatures in Siziwangqqi are low and erratic,the use of plastic film increased soil temperature,moisture,rapid emergence and other characteristics,its usage is increasing year by year,however,the content of residual film in soil increased significantly,seriously affect crop yield,land use and agricultural production and other work.In recent years,the local government vigorously through short videos,training farmers and other ways to promote the film recycling,and encourage enterprises to participate and achieve certain results.In this paper,the processing technology and problems of waste plastic film in local enterprises were briefly introduced.The practice and theoretical basis were provided for better recycling of waste plastic film in the future.
