At present,crushers are widely available both domestically and internationally,but there are few crushers suitable for household food waste.A shear crusher suitable for the treatment of kitchen waste is developed based on the characteristics of high toughness,high oil and water content,and strong corrosiveness of kitchen waste.The overall structure of the crusher adopts an assembled design,and the cutter head can be independently replaced with cutter teeth,which has good interchangeability.The equipment has anti jamming function,and the bearings adopt multiple combined sealing forms.This equipment can be used for the crushing and treatment of various solid waste such as kitchen waste and kitchen waste to improve the efficiency of garbage transportation,adapt to the needs of reduction,resource utilization,and supporting kitchen waste combined with anaerobic biogas production process.This article elaborated on the operating principle,functions,and characteristics of the crusher,and provided a detailed introduction to the process calculation and equipment design ideas.This product is an updated and developing direction for the front-end pretreatment equipment of kitchen waste.This study provides a reference basis for the application of specialized equipment for resource utilization and reduction of kitchen waste.
