Current situation of kitchen waste management and suggestions for improving resource utilization
Promoting the reduction and resource utilization of domestic waste at the source is an important cornerstone for the widespread implementation of the waste classification system and the steady promotion of the construction of a"waste free city".Kitchen waste management is the focus of reducing and improving the quality and efficiency of domestic waste.How to achieve high value utilization of kitchen waste resources and vigorously develop circular economy will provide important support for waste classification and the construction of a"waste free city".By analyzing the main problems in kitchen waste management and the current status of resource utilization standards,this paper explored how to optimize the management path of kitchen waste and improve the level of resource utilization.It proposed countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening source reduction,improving treatment models,optimizing supporting policies,accelerating demonstration pilot projects,and improving performance evaluation,providing reference for government and industry decision-making.
