Experimental study on the preparation process of waste mask fiber modified asphalt based on response surface methodology
In order to effectively utilize waste masks,this research studied the technology of using waste masks in the preparation of modified asphalt.Response surface methodology was used to determine the optimal preparation process for mask fiber modified asphalt,and the changes in asphalt with shear time,shear rate,and shear temperature were analyzed.The study found that the optimal preparation process for mask fiber modified asphalt is a shear time of 45 min,a shear rate of 4 145 r/min,and a shear temperature of 167 ℃,which is consistent with experimental verification.Under the optimal preparation process and dosage,the softening point of the base asphalt significantly increases,while the ductility and penetration decrease significantly.
