Study on optimization of operating parameters for waste oil extraction of food waste
Currently the main process for the treatment of food waste is anaerobic fermentation, and the pretreatment of its front end should separate waste oil as much as possible to facilitate efficient anaerobic digestion of organic components. The main operating parameters affecting the separation of waste oil were selected by studying the"cleaning and separating"process of the pretreatment engineering of a food waste treatment plant.Through orthogonal experimental design and implementation, the operation control parameters with high waste oil yield were explored:When the raw material was cleaned twice, the operating temperature was 85 ℃ and the residence time was 1.0 h,the waste oil yield of food waste could reach 86.50%,which was significantly higher than the traditional process. In addition, the grease rate of solid waste discharged from the system was only 3.69%.
