Exploration on the operation of ecological circular agriculture projects in EOD Mode
The key to transforming the"green mountains and clear waters"in rural areas into"golden mountains and silver mountains"lies in ecological environmental protection and industrial development.Due to the characteristics of high investment and poor operational performance,government expenditure pressure is high on rural environmental governance and agricultural infrastructure construction.This paper explored the organic integration of rural environmental governance and ecological agriculture through the EOD model,and discussed the concept of waste resource utilization and circular economy,and demonstrated that the project can achieve self balance of benefits by operation,meanwhile reduce government expenditure responsibility,and achieve the construction of beautiful rural areas and high-quality development of rural economy.
