药渣资源化经济性分析

药渣作为中药企业的固废物,不但污染环境,而且需要花费大量人力、物力对其进行无害化处理.同时,中药企业生产过程中产生的大量低温余热又得不到充分利用.以药渣及低温烟气余热为研究目标,基于烟气余热的理论计算,获得可回收余热量、烘干药渣量及减少二氧化碳排放量.计算结果表明,每年可通过烘干药渣获得1.344×104t生物质燃料,节约燃煤价值675.7万元,同时减少药渣固废处理费用547.2万元.此外,由于采用药渣替代燃煤,每年可减少二氧化碳排放1.407 7×104t.研究结果表明利用烟气余热对药渣进行资源化具有良好的经济效益.
The economic analysis of recycling herb residue
As the solid waste of Chinese medicine enterprises,herb residue not only pollutes the environment,but also needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out harmless treatment.At the same time,a large amount of low-temperature waste heat generated in the production process of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises has not been fully utilized.Based on the theoretical calculation of the residual heat of flue gas,the recoverable residual heat,the amount of dried residue and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission were obtained.The calculation results showed that 13 440 tons of biomass fuel can be obtained by drying the slag every year,saving the coal value of 6.757 million yuan,and reducing the solid waste treatment cost of 5.472 million yuan.In addition,due to the use of biomass instead of coal,carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 14 077 tons per year.The results showed that the utilization of flue gas waste heat to recycle the herb residue has good economic benefits.
