针对高盐化工废水和中水回用原水水质特点,分析二者中需要去除的重难点污染物,为两套水处理系统选择适合的工艺技术路线,其中污水处理站工艺采用"脱硫破氰+气浮+水解酸化+两级A/O+内置MBR+臭氧氧化",系统出水满足《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084-2021);中水回用系统工艺采用"化学软化沉淀+V型滤池+DTLRO反渗透",出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923-2005)表1敞开式循环冷却水水质标准;项目可为同类型高盐化工废水处理回用提供工艺路线设计参考.
Research on the reuse treatment process of high salt chemical wastewater
This paper focused on the water quality characteristics of high salinity chemical wastewater and recycled raw water,analyzed the key and difficult pollutants that need to be removed between the two,and selected suitable process technology routes for the two water treatment systems.The sewage treatment station process adopts the technology of"desulfurization and cyanide removal+air flotation+hydrolysis acidification+two-stage A/O+built-in MBR+ozone oxidation",and the system effluent meets the"Irrigation Water Quality Standards for Farmland"(GB 5084-2021);The process of the reclaimed water reuse system adopts the technology of"chemical softening sedimentation+V-shaped filter+DTLRO reverse osmosis",and the effluent water quality meets the water quality standards for open loop cooling water in Table 1 of the"Industrial Water Quality for Urban Wastewater Recycling and Utilization"GB/T 19923-2005;The project can provide process route design references for the treatment and reuse of high salt chemical wastewater of the same type.
