摘要
EPC模式下既有建筑节能改造项目收益分配机制是项目实施运行的基础.以既有建筑节能改造项目为对象,从收益构成与内在特征解析入手,从主体构成与利益诉求阐述切入,基于收益分配价值特性、基本原则和实施流程 3 个层面阐明既有建筑节能改造项目收益分配基本原理.
Abstract
The profit distribution mechanism for energy-saving renovation projects in existing buildings under EPC mode is the foundation for project implementation and operation.This article took existing building energy-saving renovation projects as the object,starting from the analysis of income composition and internal characteristics,starting from the elucidation of subject composition and interest demands,and based on the value characteristics,basic principles,and implementation processes of income distribution,it elaborated on the basic principles of income distribution for existing building energy-saving renovation projects.
