Second-hand trading platform of universities based on Porter's Five Forces Model optimization and improvement
At present,domestic second-hand trading platforms are in a booming stage of development.With the rapid development of the"street vendor economy",to some extent it has also promoted the development of second-hand trading platforms in universities,pushing more innovation of the second-hand trading platforms in universities.Based on the Porter's Five Forces model and empirical investigation,this study explored the current situation and common problems of second-hand trading platforms in universities.The main problems are reflected in the asymmetry of product transaction information,low security of online payment methods,and lack of guarantee for product after-sales service.Through analysis,it is proposed to improve the transparency of transaction information on second-hand platforms,improve the construction of platform payment and settlement security systems,and standardize the construction of transaction systems on second-hand trading platforms in order to respond.
