基于环境库兹涅茨曲线的贵州省城镇化与生态环境相关性及协调发展路径

近年来贵州城镇化进程不断加快,生态环境问题越来越成为制约城镇化发展的瓶颈问题,根据贵州省"十四五"新型城镇化发展规划"坚持把生态文明理念融入城镇化进程"内容要求,借鉴前人学者的研究成果,分析贵州省城镇化建设与生态环境发展现状;基于环境库兹涅茨曲线找出城市"三废"即废水排放量、废气排放量、一般工业固体废物丢弃量与城镇化率的关系;最后提出城镇化与生态环境协调发展的建议.
The relationship between urbanization and eco-environment and path of coordinated development in Guizhou Province based on Environmental Kuznets Curve
Eco-environmental problems have increasingly become a bottleneck problem restricting the development of urbanization,according to the requirements of the New Urbanization Development Plan of the 14th five-year plan in Guizhou Province,"Insisting on integrating the concept of ecological civilization into the urbanization process".Refering to the previous researches,this paper analyzed the present situation of urbanization construction and ecological environment development in Guizhou Province based on the Environmental Kuznets Curve;the paper found out the relationship between the rate of urbanization and the amount of"Three wastes"that is the amount of wastewater discharge,the amount of waste gas discharge,the amount of general industrial solid waste disposal.Finally,the suggestion of coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment was put forward.
