某农村生活污水处理工程设计及运行效果研究

摘要
针对农村生活污水性质特点采用预处理+一体化处理设备(厌氧池、缺氧池、沉淀池、好氧池)+砂滤系统工艺处理后,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级标准A标准排放.在日常运维管理中,运维高效便捷,非暴雨天气等突发状况下,出水效果稳定,吨水运行成本约1.75 元/m3,技术和经济上可行.结合工程运维过程中出现的问题,建议一方面继续优化和完善适合的农村污水处理技术,一方面继续加大农村生活污水雨污分流系统建设,提高污水进水浓度和降低污水处理量与浪费.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of rural domestic wastewater,a pre-treatment+integrated treatment system(anaerobic tank,anoxic tank,sedimentation tank,aerobic tank)+sand filtration process is adopted to achieve the Class A standard discharge of"Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB 18918-2002).The operation and maintenance are efficient and convenient.During on non-heavy rainfall or other unexpected conditions,the effluent quality is stable and operating cost just approximately 1.75 yuan/m3,which are technically and economically feasible.Based on the issues encountered during engineering operation and maintenance,it is recommended to continue optimizing and improving appropriate rural wastewater treatment technologies.At the same time,it is necessary to further increase the construction of rainwater and wastewater diversion systems for rural domestic wastewater,so as to increasing the influent concentration of wastewater and,reduce the cost and volume of treated-wastewater.
