采用多膛炉对废活性炭进行热脱附再生,研究热处理温度、热处理时间、水蒸气量(水:炭)等工况条件下废活性炭再生效果,确定多膛炉应用于废活性炭再生有很好的应用效果,再生后的活性炭满足使用标准.研究结果表明,废活性炭多膛炉再生技术具有一定技术优势和经济可行性,在工业应用中,能够实现对不同基质废活性炭的高效再生,降低生产成本,减少环境污染,具有良好的应用前景,值得进一步推广和应用.
Research on the regeneration technology of waste activated carbon in multi chamber furnace and its feasibility analysis in industrial application
A multi-chamber furnace was used for thermal desorption and regeneration of waste activated carbon.The regeneration effect of waste-activated carbon was studied under operating conditions such as heat treatment temperature,heat treatment time,and water vapor volume(water:carbon).It was determined that the application of multi chamber furnace in waste-activated carbon regeneration has good application effect,and the regenerated activated carbon meets the usage standards.The research results indicate that the multi-chamber furnace regeneration technology for waste-activated carbon has certain technical advantages and economic feasibility.In industrial applications,it is possible to achieve efficient regeneration of waste-activated carbon from different substrates,reduce production costs,and reduce environmental pollution,which has good application prospects and is worth further promotion and application.
