摘要
再生资源行业作为我国经济的重要组成部分,其碳排放问题备受关注.影响再生资源行业碳排放的因素主要包括技术、市场和政策等方面.为了减少碳排放,再生资源行业可以采取技术创新、资源管理和循环利用、政策和监管措施等策略.然而,再生资源行业碳减排面临着技术、经济、政策和社会认知等多重挑战.未来,通过加强技术创新、推进政策和监管、加强社会参与等措施,再生资源行业有望实现碳减排和可持续发展的双赢.
Abstract
As an important part of China's economy,the carbon emission problem of recyclable resources industry has attracted much attention.The factors affecting the carbon emissions of the recyclable resources industry mainly include technology,market and policy.To reduce carbon emissions,the recyclable resources industry can adopt strategies such as technological innovation,resource management and recycling,and policy and regulatory measures.However,the carbon emission reduction of the recyclable resources industry faces multiple challenges such as technology,economy,policy and social cognition.In the future,the recyclable resources industry is expected to achieve a win-win situation of carbon emission reduction and sustainable development.
