生活及农业固废中废塑料分析鉴别及应用研究

对来源于生活和农业固废中的4 种废塑料进行了分析鉴别,并对其中一种应用于低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)软包装薄膜进行了研究,研究了废塑料添加量对薄膜力学性能的影响,结果表明:回收的废旧日化瓶和牛奶瓶均为单一高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材质,废旧缠绕膜为LLDPE/LDPE共混物,废旧农膜为LDPE/LLDPE/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)共混物,其中废旧牛奶瓶可作为高性能HDPE材料回用,将其与茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)同时用于LDPE/LLDPE薄膜中时可同时提高薄膜抗拉和抗冲击性能.
Analysis,identification and application of waste plastics recycled from domestic and agricultural solid wastes
In this paper,four kinds of waste plastics,which recycled from domestic and agricultural solid wastes,were analyzed and identified.One of which was selected for preparing low density polyethylene(LDPE)/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)flexible packaging film.The effect of the amount of waste plastic on the tensile and impact properties of the film was studied.The results showed that:The waste daily chemical bottles and milk bottles were both pure high density polyethylene(HDPE),the waste wrap film was the binary blend of LDPE and LLDPE,and the waste agricultural film was the ternary blend of LDPE,LLDPE and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA).Among which,the waste milk bottles could be reused as high performance HDPE materials.When it was used together with metallocene polyethylene(mPE)in the LDPE/LLDPE film,the tensile and impact properties of the film could be improved.
