摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展,生活垃圾的产量逐年增多,垃圾分类逐渐成为解决"垃圾围城"问题的重要手段.高校作为高素质人才的聚集地,理应肩负起有效推动垃圾分类工作的重任,在生态文明建设的背景下,回应生态文明建设在立法方面、文化教育方面、经济发展方面以及社会公众素养方面的基本要求;优化政策实施、完善硬件设施、健全鼓励机制、加强宣传效能、提高大学生的垃圾分类回收意识,努力成为推进我国垃圾分类事业的"排头兵",大力推动美丽生态中国的建设进程.

In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,the output of domestic waste has increased year by year,and garbage classification has gradually become an important means to solve the problem of"garbage siege".In the context of the construction of ecological civilization,guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,As a gathering place of high-quality talents,colleges and universities should shoulder the heavy responsibility of effectively promoting garbage classification.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the universities and colleges should meet the basic requirement of the legislation,culture and education,economic development and public literacy,optimize policy implementation,improve hardware facilities,improve incentive mechanisms,strengthen publicity effectiveness,improve college students'awareness of garbage classification and recycling,and strive to become the"vanguard"of promoting China's garbage classification and vigorously promote the construction process of a beautiful ecological China.
