摘要

我国建筑铝模板的市场保有量已超千万吨,每年可回收的废旧建筑铝模板达百万吨.介绍了废旧建筑铝模板的回收再生工艺与技术,包括废旧建筑铝模板的预处理、熔炼铸造和挤压成形.做好废旧建筑铝模板的预处理、再生铝液的净化与细化变质、挤压模具的设计和挤压工艺控制等关键技术,可实现废旧建筑铝模板的保级再生,有利于降低建筑铝模板的生产成本,节约资源,减少排放和保护环境.

Abstract

The market share of building aluminum formwork in China has exceeded ten million tons,and the annual recyclable amount of waste building aluminum formwork has reached one million tons.In this paper,the recycling and regenerating process and technologies of waste building aluminum formwork were introduced,including the pretreatment and melting of waste building aluminum formwork and extrusion forming of new building aluminum formwork.The key technologies such as pre-treatment,melt purification and refinement,design of extrusion dies,and control of extrusion processes can realized grade preservation and regeneration of waste building aluminum formwork,which is of great significance for reducing production costs,saving resources,reducing emissions,and protecting the environment.
