The environmental and energy issues are attracting more and more attention,the treatment of municipal waste tends to intensive,efficient and circular development.This paper took the project of collaborative disposal of large-scale organic waste in a city as an example,and introduces a method of collaborative disposal of restaurant food waste,food waste from household,night soil,sick and dead animals and poultry by adopting"pre-treatment+combined anaerobic digestion+comprehensive utilization"as the main process.This paper describes in detail the main process design flow of the project,the main points of co-processing design between various materials,the main points of co-processing design between the project and other municipal waste disposal projects in the park,as well as the successful experience of the project's construction and operation,with the aim of providing a certain amount of reference for the construction of municipal organic waste disposal projects.
