The development strategy of green agriculture and circular economy under the rural revitalization strategy——Taking the the circular economy model of planting and breeding in H Town,Linxi County,Inner Mongolia as an example
Agriculture,rural areas,and farmers are the cornerstone of social stability and development,and the guarantee for the comprehensive construction of a modern country.The rural revitalization strategy is the guiding ideology and major measure to solve the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and industrial revitalization is the solid foundation and key to rural revitalization.The"14th Five-Year Plan"National Agricultural Green Development Plan proposes to improve the reciprocating and efficient flow of resources in agricultural planting,in order to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goal and economic development,promote the modernization process and sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas,and promote industrial revitalization through the development of green agricultural circular economy.This paper summarized the implementation experience of green circular agriculture in H Town,Linxi County,Inner Mongolia,which in order to provide reference experience for similar projects.
