在双碳背景下,产教融合协同育人的战略意义愈发凸显,是培养新时代具备未来视野和创新能力人才的关键路径.在分析目前产教融合协同育人存在问题的基础上,介绍了福建师范大学资源循环科学与工程专业在加强校企党建共建、形成校企培养人才合力、校企协同促进科研成果转化和完善考核激励评价机制等方面深化产教融合协同育人模式的探索与实践,以期推动产教融合育人模式的创新与发展,为培养适应双碳时代需求的高素质人才提供有力支撑.

Under the background of dual carbon,the strategic significance of the collaborative education by integration of industry and education has become increasingly prominent,which is a key path to cultivate talents with future vision and innovative ability in the new era.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the collaborative education of industry education integration,the exploration and practice of Resource Recycling Science and Engineering major in Fujian Normal University about strengthening the co-construction between school and enterprise in Party building,talents cultivating,transformation of scientific research achievements,and improving the assessment and incentive evaluation mechanism.The aim is to promote the innovation and development of the collaborative education model of industry education integration,and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the dual carbon era.
