摘要

阐述我国生活垃圾焚烧飞灰特点,综述国内飞灰脱氯现状,分析生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和钢铁烟尘主要成分,针对垃圾焚烧飞灰脱氯的难题,依据"以废治废"的理论,提出了生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和钢铁烟尘协同处理新思路.实现了垃圾焚烧飞灰脱氯和钢铁粉尘中有害元素的高效分离与富集,垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化与资源化利用和危险废物钢铁烟尘资源化.研究结果可为垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化处理与资源化利用和固体废物钢铁烟尘协同处理提供参考.

Abstract

This paper expounded the characteristics of fly ash incineration in China,summarized the current situation of fly ash dechlorination in China,analyzed the main components of household waste incineration fly ash and steel dust.In response to the problem of dechlorination of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash,based on the theory of"treating waste with waste",a new idea of collaborative treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and steel smoke is proposed.This approach achieves efficient separation and enrichment of harmful elements in waste incineration fly ash and steel dust,as well as the harmlessness and resource utilization of waste incineration fly ash and the resource utilization of hazardous waste steel dust.It provides reference and guidance for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of waste incineration fly ash,as well as the collaborative treatment of solid waste steel smoke and dust.
