煤矸石是煤炭开采和洗选过程中产出的主要固体废弃物.为大规模消纳煤矸石生产建筑材料并产生可观经济效益,开发高效煤矸石脱碳活化工艺至关重要.基于立式脱碳设备设计了一种煤矸石自热式脱碳生产工艺,并投入正常生产.生产工艺无须外加燃料即可实现对粒径为5~50 mm、不同热值的煤矸石脱碳活化,年处理煤矸石20万t.生产的脱碳煤矸石性能参数优于GB/T 2847-2022《用于水泥中的火山灰质混合材料》要求,可用于水泥掺合料或部分替代水泥熟料,具有广阔的市场前景.
Introduction to production process of self-heating vertical decarbonization equipment
Coal gangue is the main solid waste discharged during coal mining and washing processes.Developing efficient decarbonization and activation processes for coal gangue are critical to producing building materials on a large scale and generating considerable economic benefits.Anhui Huaihai New Materials Co.,Ltd has designed a self-heating decarbonization production process based on coal gangue vertical decarbonization equipment,and put it into regular production.This process can achieve decarbonization and activation of coal gangue with particle size of 5~50 mm and different calorific value with no need for additional fuel,and consume 200 000 tons of coal gangue annually.The produced decarbonized coal gangue has superior performance parameters than the requirements of GB/T 2847-2022,and can be used as cement admixture or partially replace cement clinker with broad market prospects.
