摘要

食品级聚丙烯以其低迁移、低雾度、耐渗透和可微波等优点被广泛用于食品包装.这些废弃食品包装通过极限测试的认证工艺回收生产,可以有效去除残留污染物,满足人体直接接触的产品要求.为了提升食品包装材料颜色饱和度,这类产品中常添加少量荧光增白剂,这些含有荧光的食品包装随着再生过程进入循环系统.残留荧光产品配色过程中会引发同色异谱,因此采用有效方式去除产品中残留荧光对PCR-PP的应用具有重要意义.

Abstract

Food grade polypropylene is widely used in food packaging because of its low migration,low haze,permeability and microwave resistance.These waste food packaging through the challenge of certified recycling process,can effectively remove residual pollutants,so that the production of direct human contact products can meet.In order to improve the color saturation of food packaging materials,such products are often added a small amount of fluorescent whitening agents,these contain fluorescent food packaging along with the regeneration process into the circulatory system.These residual fluorescent products will cause heterochromatogram during color matching,so it is important to remove the residual fluorescence in PCR-PP by effective methods.
