摘要
从云南省"无废城市"建设基础情况出发,分农业固体废物、工业固体废物、危险废物和生活垃圾等方面,阐述了云南省各类固体废物处理处置情况,分析了制度、技术、市场、监管等四大体系和各类固体废物存在的问题.结合云南省的实际情况,从主要目标、主要任务和保障措施等方面提出云南"无废城市"建设的发展建议.
Abstract
Starting from the basic situation of"zero waste city"construction in Yunnan Province,this article elaborated on the treatment and disposal of various types of solid waste in Yunnan Province,including agricultural solid waste,industrial solid waste,hazardous waste,and household waste.It analyzed four major systems of regulations,technology,market,and supervision,as well as the problems existing in various types of solid waste.Based on the actual situation in Yunnan Province,development suggestions were proposed for the construction of"zero waste city"in Yunnan Province from the aspects of main goals,main tasks,and guaranteeing measures.
