Research on the construction of Shenyang internet+new renewable resource recycling system under the goal of"double carbon"
With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people's living standards in China,urban waste has made a sharp increase and resource and environmental constraints are tightening.The development of a circular economy for recyclable resources is an important measure for building a beautiful China and achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Based on the traditional recycling system of recyclable resources in Shenyang City,this article proposed the use of Internet information technology to shorten the recycling chain and establish a new recyclable resource recycling system in Shenyang City,which includes"residents,waste-producing enterprises-recycling and utilization enterprises-comprehensive service management platform-big data center".This system closely connects the three main participants of the recycling system of recyclable resources:residents,waste-producing enterprises,and recycling and utilization enterprises,upgrading the recycling system of renewable resources in Shenyang City,comprehensively improving the efficiency of recyclable resource utilization,and providing a reference for the recycling of recyclable resources to support the achievement of the"double carbon"target.
