摘要
以工业废铁泥为原料,采用氯化铁和盐酸为浸出剂,经酸浸、过滤、氧化、浓缩等工序制得氯化铁,该产品符合GB/T 4482-2018《水处理剂氯化铁》要求.该工艺实现了危险废弃物的减量化、资源化利用,同时降低水处理药剂的生产成本,具有良好的环境效益与经济效益.
Abstract
Ferric chloride was prepared from industrial waste iron mud with ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid as leaching agents through acid leaching,filtration,oxidation,concentration and other processes.The product meets the requirements of GB/T 4482-2018"Ferric chloride as water treatment agent".The process can reduce the hazardous waste,and make it recycled,and reduce the production cost of water treatment agents,so as to make good environmental and economic benefits.
