退役风机叶片资源化回收再利用技术

摘要
在可持续发展的背景下,风力发电作为减少碳排放的重要途径呈爆发式增长,目前我国已成为世界上最大的风电市场.然而由于受到20 a使用寿命的限制,风电机组面临大规模退役,以风电叶片为代表的复合材料因其不可自然降解的特殊性,是整机零部件回收利用的难点.如何大规模处理废弃叶片已成为制约中国和世界各地风电行业可持续发展的一个重大问题.综述了退役风机叶片的回收再利用技术,重点介绍了机械回收法、热解法和化学回收法的研究进展,为退役风机叶片的回收再利用提供参考.
Abstract
In the context of sustainable development,as an important way to reduce carbon emissions,wind power generation is experiencing explosive growth and China has now become the world's largest wind power market.However,due to the limitation of a 20-year lifespan,wind turbines are facing large-scale retirement.Composite materials,represented by wind turbine blades,are a challenge in the recycling and utilization of complete machine components due to their non natural degradation characteristics.How to dispose of discarded blades on a large scale has become a major issue restricting the sustainable development of the wind power industry in China and around the world.This article reviewed the recycling and reuse technologies of retired wind turbine blades,with a focus on the research progress of mechanical recycling,pyrolysis,and chemical recycling methods,providing reference for the recycling and reuse of retired wind turbine blades.
