Challenges and innovations of the sustainable governance mechanism of rural environment:from the perspective of symbiosis theory
Rural environmental governance is an important content of grassroots rural governance in our country,and it is also an internal requirement for the realization of rural revitalization strategies.However,the dual transformation of the government's work focus and the rural social structure is likely to induce problems such as insufficient endogenous power for rural environmental governance and unsustainable governance results.Exploring a sustainable governance mechanism for the rural environment has become an important issue to be resolved.Taking the symbiosis theory as a new perspective to study the sustainable governance of the rural environment,based on the analysis of the existing challenges in the construction of sustainable mechanisms for the rural environment,by constructing a rural environment composed of a continuous governance mechanism of symbiotic unit,a symbiotic environment,a symbiotic interface,a symbiotic model,etc..Innovate governance paths from multiple perspectives in the symbiotic system,resolve government selection bias,insufficient incentives,unbalanced main body forces,stagflation of cooperation mechanisms and other constraints in the long-term governance of the rural environment,and promote rural environmental governance towards multiple co-governance,The symmetrical and mutually beneficial symbiosis model of interdependence,co-governance and mutual promotion to achieve sustainable governance of rural environmental governance.
