摘要

以阳极氧化废磷酸为原料,与羟基氧化铁反应回收磷得到磷酸铁,通过单因素变量优化实验确定最佳生产条件.实验结果表明:阳极氧化废磷酸稀释到磷酸质量分数为8.00%,按照磷铁物质的量比1.0∶1.1加入羟基氧化铁,反应温度为95 ℃,反应2h,磷酸回收率达到95.99%,回收的磷酸铁可用作其他高价值产品原料.

Abstract

Anodized Waste Phosphoric Acid was studied and reacted with hydroxyferroic oxide,which recovery phosphorous and synthetize iron phosphate,the optimal production conditions were determined with some single-factor-optimization-experiments.The results show that anodized waste phosphoric acid was diluted to a mass concentration of 8.00%phosphoric acid,the addictive amount of hydroxyferroic oxide was followed with that the mole ration of phosphorus and ferrum is 1.0∶1.1,the reaction temperature was 95 ℃,and the reaction time was 2 h,the recovery efficiency of phosphoric acid reached to 95.99%,the recovered iron phosphate can be used as a raw material for other high-value products.
