水热预处理气浮污泥和厨余垃圾的协同厌氧发酵技术研究

首先采用水热技术对气浮污泥进行预处理,研究发现气浮污泥经160、180、200、220 ℃水热预处理后,SCOD质量分数、COD溶出率及氨氮质量分数随预处理温度的上升而提高.其次考察了不同温度水热产物与厨余垃圾的协同厌氧产气情况,通过序批次试验研究发现,在处理温度为180 ℃时累积产气量、累积甲烷产量均为各实验组的最高值,分别为527.6 mL·g-1VS及290.0 mLCH4·g-1VS,较未处理组分别提高了约25.4%及23.6%.
Study on the synergistic anaerobic fermentation technology of hydrothermal pretreatment of gas floating sludge and kitchen waste
In this study,hydrothermal technology was used to pretreatment the air floating sludge,it was found that the SCOD content,CODdissolution rate and ammonia nitrogen content increased with the pretreatment temperature after pretreatment of 160 ℃,180℃,200℃,and 220℃.Secondly,the synergistic anaerobic gas production of hydrothermal products and kitchen waste was investigated,Through sequential batch test,it was found that the cumulative gas production and cumulative methane production at 180 ℃ were the highest values in each experimental group,527.6 mL g-1VS and 290.0 mL g-1VS,respectively,which were about 25.4%and 23.6%higher than the untreated group.
