Green renovation of existing residential areas is a building practice that systematically implements urban renewal and efficiently achieves the goals of"dual carbon"and energy conservation and emission reduction.This article considers the value of the decision-making dominance role driven by initiative in the industry,based on the support needs explored by the multi-level decision-making coordination mechanism of homeowners,deconstructs the construction and process of multi-level decision-making models for existing residential green renovation homeowners,recognizes the goal planning of multi-level decision-making coordination for homeowners,and organizes the basic theories of systematic engineering,hierarchical optimization,group coordination,and viewpoint systems for multi-level decision-making coordination,establishing a supporting basis for exploring multi-level decision-making and coordination mechanisms among homeowners.
