摘要

垃圾气力输送系统是一项先进的垃圾收运技术,能够实现高效率、绿色环保、无二次污染、封闭化和自动化收运,具有巨大发展潜力.目前国外垃圾气力输送系统发展较成熟,而国内的研究才刚刚起步,因此有必要了解目前垃圾气力输送系统在国内外的应用情况和运营现状.对全球66个垃圾气力输送工程案例进行汇总和分析,介绍了垃圾气力输送系统在全球各地的应用数量、垃圾分类模式和垃圾处理量,总结了现有垃圾气力输送系统的各构成部分的特征参数、运行成本和故障问题,提出了该系统未来优化发展的改进建议,为我国垃圾气力输送系统的发展提供一定参考.

Abstract

Pneumatic waste collection systems(PWCS)is an advanced waste collection technology with tremendous developing potential.It has the advantages of efficiency,green,no secondary pollution,being closed and automated.The PWCS is currently more mature overseas,while this technology is just starting up in China.It is necessary for us to understand the present application situation and operational status of PWCS in home and abroad.This paper introduced the application,waste separation management model and waste treatment capacity of PWCS in the world through analyzing 66 practical projects.It also summarized the characteristic parameters of various components,operating costs,and failure issues of the existing PWCS,and proposed some suggestions for the future improvement,which can provide reference for the development of PWCS in China.
