The Challenge and Strategy of Cultivating Foreign Legal Talents in China
Under the background of globalization and increasingly complex international legal environment,our country's role in international affairs has become more and more important.In the face of this challenge,the Chinese government has repeatedly emphasized the importance of cultivating foreign-related legal talents,aiming to build a team of professionals who are familiar with international legal rules and can effectively deal with foreign-related legal affairs.However,the current foreign rule of law personnel training is faced with many problems,including the lack of practice training mechanism,the lack of teachers'practical ability,the unclear training concept,and the imperfect quality assurance system.In order to cope with these challenges,the paper puts forward a series of solutions:strengthening the collaborative training mechanism,improving the practical ability of teachers,clarifying the logic of foreign-related legal talents training,and improving the characteristic quality assurance system.These measures aim to improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of foreign-related legal talents,so as to better adapt to the international legal environment and win greater influence for China in global legal affairs.
