In the new era,China's spiritual civilization construction has made some achievements,but the integration and development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction is still relatively backward.Promoting the integration and development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction is not only the essential requirement to realize Chinese modernization,but also the inherent requirement to improve the civilization level of the whole society,and it is also an important way to unite and strive for the second century goal.However,there are still some problems in the integration and development of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction,such as the lack of top-level design,the lack of effectiveness of overall promotion and the lack of practical implementation,which should be implemented from the aspects of building organizational leadership mechanism,subject coordination mechanism,cultural integration mechanism and resource circulation mechanism.
