Chen Xiaoshou is currently a very active post-90s writer in China.He focuses on the creation of short stories,and from the dozens of published works so far,he has become a writer with distinctive writing characteristics.There are many aspects worth exploring in his works,including theme exploration,narrative development,structural arrangement,and language presentation.The article explores the art of short stories from the above four aspects,and believes that the stories in the novels echo each other and are secretly connected;The narrative of his novels,interwoven development,and uneven complementation;The characters in his novels have a mysterious fate,mottled and intertwined,with a secret sound passing by;The language of his novels are accurate and smooth,swaying and full of poetry.
