Interpretation of Inverted Triangle Pattern Symbols On Gai Ba from The Ngari Area
This article attempts to use the research methods of historical geography and iconography,using inverted triangle symbol on the"Gai Ba"from the Ngari Areaof Tibet as the research clue,to find that there is no rupture in the history of Tibetan culture.Also the history exchange of Tibetan and Chinese is far more profound than what we know.The ancient information carried by the inverted triangular pattern on the"Gai Ba"can be traced back to the matriarchal clan culture of the ancient Zhang Zhung civilization.It represents the original art of Tibetan'sclothing,which combines the sex worship of the Bon Goddess and the origin of the Buddhist Vajra Yoga,with the sense of comfort and spiritual comfort of the gods.It provides an ancient example of Tibetan'sclothing culture as well as education and customs.Its Tibetan significance can be compared to"Bang Dian".The"Gai Ba"can be described as a book of religious and popular culture in Tibet,recording the transformation and development of religious culture from ancient times to the present,and seeing that the historical imprint of the transformation of Buddhism and benzene from struggle to integration is deeply and vividly contained in the symbols on"Gai Ba"from the Ngari Area in Tibet.
