The Effects of Returning Edible Fungi Residue on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Wheat
Returning edible fungi residue to the field is of great significance to alleviate the pollution of agricultural organic waste, protect the agro-ecological environment and realize the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture. In this experiment, wheat was taken as the research object, and edible fungal sludge was returned to the field in each plot using randomized block design, and three treatments S0(0 kg/m2),S1(0.25 kg/m2)and S2(0.5 kg/m2)were set up to study the effect of sludge on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of wheat in different periods. The results showed that the return of edible fungi residue to the field could significantly improve the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of wheat, and when the amount of edible fungi residue returned to the field reached 0.5 kg/m2,the net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance,whole-plant yield, seed weight and thousand-grain weight of wheat reached the maximum value. In conclusion, the amount of fungal residue returned to the field reached 0.5 kg/m2 could significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of wheat, thus promoting the accumulation of wheat organic matter and increasing wheat yield.
