Thinking on the Training System of Emergency Management Applied Talents under the Background of New Quality Productivity
As the country attaches great importance to the new quality productivity,the traditional education model has been unable to meet the needs of the development of The Times.Zhaotong University,as a new local higher education institution with emergency technology and management major,is particularly urgent and important to reform the applied talent training system under the background of new quality productivity.Focusing on the construction of application-oriented personnel training system under the background of new quality productivity,this paper discusses the reform measures and optimization strategies of person-nel training specifically from the current demand for high-quality professional application-oriented talents in line with new quality productivity,so as to continuously improve the direction of education reform and personnel training.
