Effects of Nutrient SoIution with D ifferent Nitrogen Forms and Ratio on Growth and PhysioIogicaI Properties of Tobacco SeedIings
In order to optimize the floating system nutrient solution for growing areas of burnt-sweetness type tobacco in Hunan province under low temperature and little sunshine, effects of different nitrogen forms, concentrations and proportions of different types of ammonium salts to nitric nitrogen on growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings were studied with Yunyan 87 as material. The results indicated that treatment of nutrient solution with 1 00%NO3--N was ad-vantageous to roots elongation and chlorophyll synthesis, while its blade, stem girth, root activity and nitrate reductase activ-ity of tobacco seedlings were worse than those of treatment of nutrient solution with 50%NO3--N +50%NH4--N. The agronomic traits and physiological index of tobacco seedlings in treatment of N concentration of 500 mg/L or 700 mg/L were better than those in others treatment. The agronomic traits, chlorophyll content, roots activity and NAR activity in treatment of mixed ligand nutrient solution with ammonium hydrogenphosphate and NO3--N were better than those of nu-trient solution with ammonium nitrate, and the optimal ratio of NO3--N and NH4--N was 1∶1 .
