贮藏期影响种子寿命的生理及分子机理研究进展

种子寿命是保证种子价值和作物产量的关键因素,也是植物生物多样性保护和农业可持续发展的关键,保持种子在贮藏期间的寿命尤为重要.本文对贮藏期影响种子寿命的环境因素、代谢变化与调控种子寿命的分子机制进行综述,并介绍部分与种子寿命相关的候选基因,以为种质资源保存与耐贮藏品种选育提供参考.
Advances in the Physiological and Molecular Mechanisms of Seed Longevity during Storage
Seed longevity is a key determinant of seed value and crop yield,as well as a key factor for biodiversity conserva-tion in plant and agricultural sustainable development.It is particularly important to maintain seed longevity during sto-rage.In this paper,the environmental factors,metabolic changes and molecular mechanisms regulating seed longevity during storage were reviewed,and some candidate genes related to seed longevity were introduced,which could provide reference for germplasm conservation and breeding of storage-resistant varieties.
