播期和根伤处理对机插秧苗返青期生长发育的影响

为探究不同播期和根伤处理对机插水稻返青期秧苗生长特性及光合色素含量的影响,以湘早籼 6 号和株两优819 为材料,设置3 个播期(早稻季T1、中稻季T2 和晚稻季T3)和3 个根伤(无根伤、留根2 cm、留根1 cm)处理,对返青期秧苗的株高、根长、干物质量以及叶绿素含量进行比较分析.结果表明:相较于早稻季,湘早籼6 号和株两优 819 在中稻季和晚稻季返青期的株高、地上部和地下部的鲜、干质量显著提升.在不同播期,留根 1cm处理下湘早籼 6 号和株两优 819 的株高、主根长、地上部和地下部鲜、干质量下降,但不同根伤处理间无显著差异.播期显著影响返青期水稻的叶绿素含量,尤其是在移栽后 15 d,中稻季和晚稻季秧苗的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量较早稻季明显下降.移栽后的前期,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量随根伤程度增加而降低,但移栽后 12 d,不同根伤处理水稻的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量差异均不显著.总体而言,相较于根伤处理,播期对机插水稻返青期秧苗生长的影响更加明显.
Effects of Sowing Time and Root Injury Treatment on the Growth and Development of Mechanically Transplanted Seedlings During the Greening Period
To investigate the effects of different sowing dates and root injury treatments on the growth characteristics and photosynthetic pigment content of machine transplanted rice seedlings during the greening period,Xiangzaoxian No.6 and Zhuliangyou 819 were used as experimental materials.Three different sowing dates(early rice season T1,middle rice sea-son T2,and late rice season T3)and three different root injury treatments(no root injury,2 cm root injury,1 cm root inju-ry)were set up to measure the plant height,root length,dry matter accumulation,and chlorophyll content changes of the seedlings during the greening period.The results showed that compared to the early rice season,Xiangzaoxian No.6 and Zhuliangyou 819 significantly increased plant height,fresh and dry weight in the aboveground and underground parts during the greening period of the middle and late rice seasons.At different sowing dates,the 1cm root retention treatment resulted in a decrease in plant height,main root length,fresh and dry weight of the above ground and underground parts of Xiang-zaoxian No.6 and Zhuliangyou 819,but no significant differences were observed among different root injury treatments.At the same time,the sowing date significantly affected the chlorophyll content of the two varieties during the greening period,especially on the 15th day after transplantation,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,and carotenoid content in the middle and late rice seasons decreased significantly earlier in the rice season.In the early stage after transplantation,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,and carotenoids decreased with the increase of root injury de-gree.However,after 12 days of transplantation,there was no significant difference in chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlo-rophyll,and carotenoids among different root injury treatments.Overall,compared to root injury treatment,the effect of so-wing time on the growth of machine inserted rice seedlings during the green period is more significant.This study lays the foundation for the study of physiological regulation mechanisms during the greening period of machine inserted rice.
