5个菜用甘薯品种对低温胁迫的响应及其耐寒性评价

为了筛选菜用甘薯的耐寒性鉴定指标,建立耐寒性数学评价模型,为菜用甘薯耐寒资源鉴定与评价提供依据,以5 个菜用甘薯品种为材料,在12h光照、12 h黑暗的条件下,以8.1~14.7℃(均温10.9℃)进行低温胁迫处理8d,分别于处理后0、2、4、6、8 d测定甘薯叶片的SPAD值、膜脂过氧化相关指标、膜保护系统相关指标和细胞渗透调节物等,并运用主成分分析、隶属函数分析和逐步回归分析等方法对不同品种甘薯的耐寒性进行综合评价.结果显示:在低温胁迫条件下,不同品种甘薯的理化指标变化趋势存在一定差异;5 个菜用甘薯品种的耐寒性表现为福菜薯 23>福薯 7-6>薯绿 1 号>C9>福菜薯 18;菜用甘薯耐寒性评价数学模型PV(预测值)估计精度大于90%;脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量可作为菜用甘薯耐寒性鉴定指标.
Response of 5 Leaf-Vegetable Sweet Potato Varieties to Low Temperature Stress and Evaluation of Cold Tolerance
In order to screen cold resistance identification indicators for vegetable sweet potatoes,and establish a mathemat-ical evaluation model for cold resistance to provide a basis for the identification and screening of cold resistant vegetable sweet potato resources,five varieties of vegetable sweet potato were subjected to conduct 8 days low temperature stress ex-periments under the conditions of 8.1-14.7℃,average temperature 10.9℃and 12h/12h day and night.Leaf SPAD val-ue,membrane lipid peroxidation index,membrane protection system and cell osmotic regulator were determined at 0,2,4,6 and 8 d after treatment,respectively.Subsequently,principal component analysis,membership functions,and stepwise re-gression methods were used for comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance.The results showed that there were some diffe-rences in the change trend of physical and chemical indexes among different varieties under low temperature stress.The cold tolerance of five vegetable sweet potato varieties showed the trend of Fucaishu 23>Fushu 7-6>Shulyu No.1>C9>Fu-caishu 18.The mathematical model PV(predicted value)of cold tolerance evaluation of vegetable sweet potato was estab-lished,and the estimation accuracy was more than 90%.Pro,SOD,POD and PS can be used as indicators for cold tolerance identification of vegetable sweet potatoes.
