A New Method for Studying the Stomatal Characters of Rice Leaf
A special technique,the desiliconization and scraping into shape method,had been devised to study the stomatal characters of rice leaf.Using this method, permanently preserved specimens and clear stomatal pictures of rice leaf can be obtained through treatments of fixation,desiliconization, scraping into shape, staining, transparentization and microphotography.The new process was easy to operate and gives accurat measuring results.
